Independent Artist Of The Month: Nevahurd

This month for the independent artist of the month I chose a rapper by the name of NevaHurd. He is very talented with a passionate message, and I think you guys will enjoy his music.

"NevaHurd, born Ryan Daley was born and raised by his single mother in Toronto. NevaHurd recognized his ability to entertain from a very young age and discovered his love for Hip-hop music during his adolescence. 

Sanctus Real - Run Album Review

Sanctus Real released their 6th studio album Run, on February 5th. 

I was a little worried about the release of Run, since Sanctus Real's last album (Pieces Of A Real Heart), was so widely received and it was just a really good album. I was afraid that Run wouldn't measure up, but I was pleasantly surprised. This album isn't perfect, but it is really, really good. Sanctus Real definitely knows what they are doing.

Spoken - Illusion Album Review

Spoken released a brand new album yesterday called Illusion.

This album definitely grabs your attention from the beginning with the aggressive rock songs Stand Alone & Beneath The Surface. These songs along with Accuser and the self titled track Illusion, start right off with the in your face rock/metal. Which I love! There is also a softer side to the album, which still has a great sound but it tends to focus more on the lyrics and message.

Inspirational Story

Sometimes we just need to appreciate the little things in life.....like being healthy, having family & friends. Below is an inspirational story about a 4 year old boy named Thomas. Tomorrow is Valentine's Day and rather than complaining because you don't have a "special someone", love on the people you do have and thank God for them!
