"Behind it all is the 23 year old singer / songwriter Zack Hunter who started The Sound of Sunsets as a cover project in college, covering the likes of Jon Foreman, Sufjan Stevens, and other folk artists. Eventually writing cover songs turned into writing original songs, and in May of this year, Zack entered the studio with producer Brandon Metcalf (The Classic Crime, Vocal Few, The Scene Aesthetic) in Seattle, WA and emerged with the first The Sound of Sunsets album, 'Meet the Morning'.
