Love & The Outcome Album Review

Love & The Outcome released their self titled debut album today! Below is my review of their album.

Love & The Outcome is a unique musical duo made up of husband and wife, Chris Rademaker and Jodi King. The two brought their different styles of music together to form the pop/rock mix that they play with Love & The Outcome. Chris and Jodi stepped out on faith, sold their house and traveled all over to pursue their passion, music. Through all of the ups and downs of their experiences this album was inspired.

I'd like to say thank you. To the 20,000 people at Parachute in New Zealand, to the kids at the first Lifefest, to all the crowds who sang our lyrics back to us: thanks for helping us tour the world. Total Surrender Interview

How did Total Surrender get started?

Total Surrender got started as my wife and I - Rachel and Dylan Bradshaw - began leading worship at different bible studies and ministries in the RI area.  We then began playing out at local coffee houses with original music that I had written.  Jim Landolfi and Charlie Jacques began to come over just to play for fun originally.  Our music began to evolve and God began to really open up doors for us.

Total Surrender Album Review

As soon as the album starts you get introduced to Total Surrenders sound through a song called "Dance Until You Come". This song has a pretty good upbeat worship type of sound. A lot of the music through out this album is more worship based I would say. However there are a few song that are musically more rock based, like "Free" or "The Only Way".
